Funkywatch aim is to despatch items either the same or next working day once payment is received, in the case of personalised goods this increases to 2 to 3 days.

Within the UK - UK postage is charged at a flat rate of £3.25.  All UK mailed items will be sent by Royal Mail First Class if they are valued at under £30 and first class recorded if over £30.  Royal Mail do aim to delivery first class mail the following day but this cannot be guaranteed by Funkywatch.

Within Europe - European postage is a flat rate cost of £8.95. We send European parcels using Royal Mail Airmail International Signed For.  Royal Mail aim to deliver International Signed For Airmail within three working days to Western Europe and four working days to Eastern Europe, but please allow up to 14 days.  If you require quicker delivery please contact us for a courier quote, which will cost more.  We cannot dispatch to PO Boxes as a signature is required by Royal Mail and couriers.

Rest of the World postage and packaging charge is £14.99.  We send international parcels using Royal Mail Airmail International Signed For.  Royal Mail aim to deliver International Signed For Airmail within five working days to international locations outside Europe, but please allow up to 14 days.  If you require quicker delivery please contact us for a courier quote, which will cost more but may be delayed in customs. 

For large heavy orders we reserve the right to amend shipping charges and we will send a Paypal payment request for the extra postage....or you may cancel the order.   But, please contact us if you require a quote for the heavier items.

We send all Interational parcels by Airmail International Signed For or courier (usually Parceline or UPS) so a signature is required upon receipt.  If an order consists of multiple items we may send 2 separate packages.  We cannot dispatch to PO Boxes as a signature is required by Royal Mail and couriers.
